By accessing or using UK Underground ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
The Platform is operated by UK Underground and is available to users aged 18 and over only.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Platform reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at legal@ukunderground.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may not create accounts for automated or non-human purposes. Each person may maintain one account.
Artists uploading content to the Platform confirm that they own all rights to the content or hold appropriate licences (including PRS and PPL where applicable) for any sampled or covered material.
Artists grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and stream their content to paying customers on the Platform.
The Platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates copyright law, our content policies, or applicable UK regulations without prior notice.
Track purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream and download the purchased track for personal, non-commercial use.
Digital track purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, except where required by applicable law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015). Merchandise purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
The Platform retains a percentage of each sale as a platform fee (the current rate is displayed in your artist dashboard). The remainder is credited to the artist's wallet and disbursed upon request, subject to the Platform's payout policy and any applicable holds.
Users must not: upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; engage in fraudulent transactions or manipulation of the platform's review or purchase systems; upload content that is hateful, abusive, or in violation of the UK Online Safety Act 2023; attempt to circumvent age verification or security measures; resell or redistribute purchased content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Where termination is due to our error, any affected purchases will be refunded.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, the Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
